The hotel is very nice with clean rooms and complete facilities. The small robot can help us fetch take-outs. It’s just so convenient. I love it! I checked in at midnight, and the staff helped me arrange a quiet room because I had trouble sleeping and had the robot send free milk and cookies. It was really sweet. The staff sent my laundry to wash, and the robot brought the clean and folded clothes back. There is a free parking lot beside outside the lobby. I’ll come back next time!
I flew in Shanghai for Valentine’s day with my boyfriend and checked in here. It’s super nice! I come to Shanghai once every month, so I have a say in hotels. The robot was very convenient because I didn’t need to come down for deliveries anymore. To my surprise, the hotel had the robot send us chocolate and roses. So romantic!
This new hotel is well-equipped with laundry room, gym, etc. The service is perfect as well. I like the robot delivering food to my room. Even a five-star hotel would need people to come down and get their deliveries. The cleaning lady knew I had my period, so she kindly had the robot send me some warm tea. This hotel has a 5-minuet walk to Guanyin Bridge, where there’s a lot of local cuisine. Also, parking here is no trouble at all. I will definitely come back here.
The staff at the front desk was so nice that she gave me an upgrade in room with free coffee. The location is good as well. I went down to the self-help laundry room at the second floor, and the staff not only helped me dry them, but also arranged a robot to deliver it to my room, totally surprising!! This hotel is next to Poly Grand Theatre and across Yuanxiang Lake. I could see the lake from my room. The green view is very pleasing.
I love this hotel! Everything is perfect! The staff was warm, polite, thoughtful and nice. Room service of the front desk is 24/7. The hotel’s food is exquisite and there are so many choices. Most importantly, everything can be delivered right to our door! I’ll come back here! This hotel is very suitable for parents with kids, because there are various entertainment facilities. You can put a tent on the lawn beside the lake. And there is the “starry night” suite for you to choose. This is the best choice for family leisure time.️
The room is very clean with automatic curtains. The robot is really cute! I didn’t want to go out and eat, so I had the robot deliver my take-out. This is definitely designed for us lazy people. The breakfast is good. I could dine quietly in an independent space.

Staying here on Valentine’s day is nice, because the robot would come and send you presents! The service is so nice and the price is reasonable. The robot can deliver for you at your door, and it looks so adorable. The cleaning lady was so sweet. She made me feel at home. Yuanxiang Lake is just beside the hotel. Oh, and the cafeteria is wonderful as well, with free coffee available! This is the best choice for business trips. The meeting room is pleasing as well, so we will choose here for conferences.
It’s nice. The view of the lake, the tidiness of the room. I ordered food and the robot delivered. Cute. Breakfast is good as well, 38 yuan per person. It’s reasonable. Traffic is convenient. The staff is polite and considerate.
Hotel staff received us warmly, although we were a bit late. The shuttle bus to the Pudong Airport ess very convenient. The room was big and tidy. The breakfast was buffet, and everything taste very nice! The food-delivery robot was busy running around, taking care of all my deliveries these days.
